3希盟议员国会外拉横幅,
促政府重审比尔卡勇命案

[<人民之友>编者按语] 国内媒体报道，婆罗洲高原区国会议员威利莫因(Willie Mongin)、美里区国会议员张有庆(Michael Teo)及砂拉卓区国会议员阿里比朱(Ali Biju)及比尔卡勇亲友昨日（10月16日）早上在国会大厦外拉横幅展开诉求行动，希望希盟政府能为砂州比尔卡勇命案翻案。
这3名人民公正党的砂拉越州的国会议员的上述行动，让国人怀疑这些砂州人民代议士为砂州弱势族群伸张正义的诉求是否已经被马哈迪所操纵的希盟政府加以搁置或甚至否定了？
如果在让国人寄以厚望的希盟里，安华和人民公正党所鼓吹的“烈火莫熄”精神不再，而由马哈迪和马哈迪主义取代，那么，国人也只好等待民主行动党的领袖们和所谓“骑马杀鸡”的谋士们作出交代。

张有庆今早联同婆罗洲高原区国会议员威利莫因、砂拉卓区国会议员阿里比朱、比尔卡勇亲属及党员在国会大厦外拉横幅展开诉求活动，对法庭的判决表示不满。
他说，比尔卡勇案件的检控官似乎没有执行专业工作，众多事件没在法庭上提出，而且许多供证者没被召唤出庭。
张有庆在此次国会下议院会议再度提出比尔卡勇枪杀案，要求内政部给予口头回答，说明比尔卡勇案件是否可重新翻案。
2017年6月，高庭释放3名被告，后来仅有一名被告即莫哈末菲特利弗吉于8月10日被判死刑。
比尔卡勇枪杀案被指与土著习俗地斗争有关。
希望还比尔卡勇及其家人一个公道
此外，阿里比朱在今早的诉求活动上，要求相关机构包括内政部重新翻案，全面调查比尔卡勇命案。
他认为，这个案件无法终结，所有涉及杀害比尔卡勇者都没有受到法律制裁。
“这是我们的承诺，将案件带到任何责任单位，要求展开进一步行动。”
另外，威利莫因质疑为何比尔卡勇命案只有一人被判涉案。他说，大家都要看到幕后主谋被重审，事件能有一个公正的判决。
他形容，没有一个人能像比尔卡勇这样在砂拉越为土著习俗地斗争，大家都希望能还给他和他的家属一个公道。

Miri MP Dr Michael Teo, Saratok MP Ali Biju, Puncak Borneo MP Willie Mongin and several other individuals staged the 30-minute demonstration calling for justice for the late Bill, who was a land rights activist, former PKR Miri branch secretary and also Teo’s former personal assistant.
“The niggling issue of the mastermind (of the murder) remains unanswered, and I have written to the Attorney-General on this. I will also be writing to the prime minister,” he told The Borneo Post.
He also said questions were raised as to why several witnesses who were subpoenaed were not called to testify during the trail.
“The poser of 21 witnesses summoned but not called to give evidence has to be answered. There are also other points of contention that warrants the case to be re-opened by the authorities.”
Both Ali and Willie also urged the relevant authorities, including the Home Ministry, to re-investigate the case as Bill’s family deserved justice.
Bill, 43, was shot dead in his vehicle at the traffic light intersection near E-Mart supermarket in Tudan on the morning of June 21, 2016.
The murder is widely believed to be linked to his role as a native land rights activist.
In June 2017, the Miri High Court freed three of the four accused – businessman Datuk Stephen Lee Chee Kiang, Chin Wui Ching and Lie Chang Loon – from charge of abetting in Bill’s murder.
The fourth accused, Mohamad Fitri Pauzi, was found guilty and sentenced to death on Aug 10 this year.

美里国会议员张有庆医生8月10日针对比尔卡勇枪杀案的最终判决，在其脸书贴文：枪杀案主谋在哪里？为何让主谋逍遥法外？枪手甚至展示了付给他来干这项工作的钱！新政府必须重审此案！
张有庆的这项行动受到受害者家属的无比感激和美里民众的高度赞赏。全国人民（尤其是那些长期被边缘化的被压迫者）都在期待着新政府有所作为，为在前朝腐败政府操作下的冤假错案昭雪平反，为受害者讨回公道！
